Visit Santa in Portumna Castle
Don't forget that Santa is coming once again to Portumna Castle on Saturday 3 December 2011, where he will have his special grotto, and where every child will get a present, be able to post letters to Santa (for the big stuff), and be able to partake in a range of other activities in the Castle (letter writing, card making, face painting, etc) all in the wonderful environs of a seventeenth century Castle right on our doorstep. There will be music and a magical atmosphere for everyone.

Tickets are on sale right now at Salmon's Newsagents in Portumna, right beside the Post Office, 7 days a week. Each ticket will give you a specific time slot for your visit to Santa - busy mums and dads can plan exactly when they arrive, see Santa, and have plenty of time afterwards to do all the other activities in the Castle, and then pop into Portumna to see all that the town has to offer. Also, the tickets will be good for special discounts to be offered by shops and businesses on the day. See www.portumna.net for more details over the next few weeks.

The Committee in Portumna are always looking for more volunteers to help out with this wonderful event. If you would like to get involved in your community and to be part of a great day for all the kids in Portumna, please let the Committee know. You can ring Micheál at 087-6406-552.
