St.Dympna’s Adult Day Service Clients:

Jumble Sale Fundraiser:
Carrigahorig Development Association are holding a Jumble Sale on Saturday the 19th April in Portumna Town Hall from 10am to 4pm. All are welcome, please come along.
An Gairdin: Growing in Polytunnels:
With Dolores Keegan on Wed 16th April from 10am- 4pm. The course covers all aspects of tunnel growing including: choosing and erecting of a tunnel, choosing suitable varieties of plants for tunnel, designing a yearly crop plan, maintaining healthy plants, irrigation etc. Cost €30 for more information please contact An Gairdin at 090-9741689.
Biodanza- Dance of Life:
Saturday 19th April from 10am- 4.30pm. This will be a relaxing, enjoyable a personally nourishing day. Catherine McInerney will facilitate the day, and with music and movement will help to reawaken our dormant energies and giftedness. Biodanza draws us into a deeper connection with the sacred within all of life. Cost €50.
