Yoga with Ruth:
Recommence on 14th & 15th Sept in An Gairdin, new Ecology Room. Monday classes- 6.15pm- 7.15pm, there is “Gentle Yoga” suitable for people with health problems or for elders. From 7.30- 9pm Yoga for pregnancy, suitable from 15 weeks onwards. Tuesdays classes 6.15pm- 7.45pm there is the “General Class” and 8- 9.30pm there is the “Continuation” class (previous experience necessary for this class) Cost: 12 weeks - €120 except shorter gentle is €80.
