Gortanumera Group Water Scheme: Reminder:
We remind subscribers to pay their second installment, €350 (per domestic connection) this time, to help defray the cost of the scheme. We need to have this money collected by 30th Nov. 2008 at the latest. By then, applicants will need to have paid €600 toward the cost of each domestic connection. The next installment will be needed from you in Jan. / Feb. 2009. Please make your crossed Cheque / P.O. payable to: “Gortanumera Group Water Scheme CO-OP Society Ltd” and post it, with your name & address to our Treasurer: Mr. Pat Treacy, Drumscar, Portumna, Co. Galway. We thank the vast majority who have already paid.
Gortanumera Development Association: A.G.M:
The A.G.M will be held in Gortanumera N.S. at 8.30pmon Tuesday 2nd Dec. New members, regardless of gender, race, creed or colour are always welcome. As politicians once said, Gortanumera has “A lot done, more to do”. Help us do it.

Senior Citizens Christmas Party:
In the Shannon Oak’s hotel on Sun 21st Dec. Mass at 2.30pm. Music by Pat Conlon after 4pm dinner. Contribution would be appreciated. Box at door.
