Community Care / Healthcare (Care Assistant/ Classroom Assistant) will be held on Mon 7th Sept at 8pm in Portumna Community School. The course begins on Wed 9th Sept at 9.30am for those who have no previous I.T skills and on Mon 21st Sept for the full group.

Website Design Workshop
Sign out youth project is offering an introduction to website design on Tuesday 8th Sept from 3pm - 6pm in the informal setting of the youth café. We are especially inviting those waiting to return to college or those who may wish to upgrade their skills. Knowledge of computers is necessary. Cost €20. Carrigahorig Development Committee
would like to thank all who donated so generously to our recent Golf Classic held in Portumna Golf Club. Many wonderful prizes were also sponsored and we very much appreciate this gesture. Over thirty teams participated to whom we are very grateful. By all accounts a most enjoyable day was had by all and thankfully the weather was kind to us.
