Ministry to the sick
The priest visits the sick and housebound on the first Friday of each month. Eucharistic ministers are available to bring communion to the sick and housebound of the parish. Contact the parish office 090-9741092.
Eucharistic Congress 2012
There will be a meeting in Gulane's Hotel Ballinasloe this Sunday 22nd Jan at 2.30pm. Fr Benny McHale will speak on the theme of the congress "Communion with Christ and with one another" All ministers of the Eucharist or anyone else interested are invited to attend.
St. Brendan's National School-Enrolment 2012-2013

Portumna GAA
There was no winner of last Saturday night's lotto worth €7,100. The numbers drawn were 2, 12, 21, 24. Two matched three numbers. Oisin Larkin & Liam Gordon. They each receive €50. They each receive €25. Saturday's nights lotto is worth € 7,200.
The annual general meeting of the Club will take place in the Town hall on Sunday 22nd Jan at 2.30pm. All welcome.
